The house is located in the town of Tkon on the island Pašman, approximately 25 km south of Zadar.
The house has a very quiet location on a hillside, but the town center - that is about 400 m away - can also be reached quickly.
The town Tkon itself offers several restaurants with mediterranean cuisine, numerous bars and cafes as well as supermarkets,
bakeries, a post office, a pharmacy and a resident medical doctor. There is a direct ferry boat connection from Tkon to the mainland.
So you can travel or make short trips easily - even without a car.
Apart from several beaches close to the house, the island of Pasman also offers many opportunities for hiking or cycling.
Immediately behind the island there is the famous Kornati National Park whose islands can be easily explored by boat.
There are also many opportunities for short trips, for example to the nearby Zadar with its roman-venetian
city center or to the beautiful Krka waterfalls.
